I offer lessons for beginner, intermediate and advanced drumset students at my studio in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Lessons are $75/hr. If this is unsustainable for your budget, please buzz me to talk about a sliding scale rate – I strongly believe musical education must be accessible to working class people of all means.
Starting in the Spring of 2025 I will be offering a small number of discounted weekly lesson spots for students who are committed to deepening their relationship with the drumset and pursuing a long term creative musical artistic practice. These 90 minute lessons will follow a rigorous curriculum tailored to the individual student, covering all technical and philosophical aspects of expression on the instrument and logistics of working as a creative musician. Advanced and intermediate drummers please shoot me an email if interested in this intensive program. Musicians early in their exploration of the drums are encouraged to apply as well if willing and able to put in daily practice on the instrument.
